Cancellations received 30 days or more before the event are eligible for a refund, less a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations received 15–29 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received less than 15 days before the event or for no-shows.
Substitute attendees from the same organization are welcome at no additional charge with advance notice to OHBA.
OHBA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event. If OHBA cancels the event, a full refund of the registration fee will be provided. OHBA is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other incidental expenses incurred by attendees.
